Shipping and Returns

  • Free shipping on paintings in Canada on orders over $50. Book orders include shipping.

  • Remote destinations and oversized items may incur additional charges.  You will be advised before the item is sent.

  • Oversized items are anything over 16" x 20"

  • Alternative options for delivery of Oversized items may include pick-up, paintings delivered rolled up in a tube or by Courier. 

  • All paintings will be wrapped and shipped to the highest reasonable standards. 

Returns

Returns will be accepted on these conditions:

  • The painting has arrived damaged.  Please provide a photograph of the item and send to debbiereeve@paintingpathways.com Debbie will give further instructions.

  • The painting is not the same painting that was ordered.

  • The painting is significantly different than what was ordered.

  • Colours may vary depending on room lighting, computer monitors, and mobile screens. We make every effort to ensure our representations are as accurate as possible.
