I continue to be inspired by the beautiful rock of the Canadian Shield in my native homeland to the polished marble and ancient stone walls of Europe.
HAPPY SERIES
This was an exciting series for me as I experimented with lots of texture juxtaposed to watercolor-like wet into wet mixing and geometric shapes. What transpired made me very happy.

Birchbark is an iconic part of my Canadian Home and I found comfort in harvesting it from my backyard and including it in my paintings.
